Job Summary
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing timely, knowledgeable and courteous resolution and response to pharmacy, member and product related inquiries.
Responsibilities
•Answer and respond to calls, emails, and chats; make outbound calls as necessary
•Respond to inquiries from members, providers, pharmacies, and employer groups
•Research required information using available resources
•Route calls to appropriate resource when unable to assist
•Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
•Enter data accurately according to standard operating procedures
•Utilize multiple applications for accessing member information
•Achieve individual performance goals for productivity and quality
•Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
•Active participation in regular feedback sessions
•Validate sales commissions and renewal pricing forms for accuracy
•Collaborate with Sales and Finance to validate and report on monthly commission submissions to ensure accuracy
