As a People & Talent Manager at Infosys CIO Advisory, you will utilize your skills in several areas.

The Team

Our CIO Advisory team helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable local brands solve their biggest challenges in today’s age of constant disruption. You will have exposure to and be part of a multi-cultural collaborative team, and your great work will be noticed.

The Senior Architect is recognized as a Senior Consultant at Infosys and in this role, you will be able to see your own ideas transform into breakthrough results – this is an opportunity to make a real difference with diverse services spanning IT strategy and architecture, IT Operations, Cloud Transformation and Security, Risk and Compliance, we help executives to deliver value and enable the businesses they work in using technology.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Advise our customers on all aspects of their Cloud Transformation programmes
• Contribute to the development of consulting go to market offerings and innovative solutions
• Engage with customers and the wider Infosys organization to develop and deliver innovative solutions leveraging a wide range of AWS cloud services
• Help customers to re-think their technical platforms and application landscapes and drive adoption of cloud-native technologies and innovation
• Establish best practices for the consultancy resulting in cloud blueprints and creation of high/low level designs
• Deliver high-quality work to customers as part of consulting engagements that can be delivered through workshops, presentations, or solutions architecture designs
• Support sales pursuits and contribute to RFI/RFP requests
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in at least two of the AWS services
• Team management and provide guidance/expertise to other team members

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• As a Senior Architect/Senior Consultant, the person should be comfortable engaging at all levels of the customer’s business, from working with senior/C-level leadership to guiding IT specialists and developers on building solutions
• Demonstrable experience architecting cloud-native solutions and/or hybrid cloud solutions
• Experience developing and defining Cloud strategy, Roadmaps and Target Operating Models. Organizational Change Management experience is considered a plus
• Experience working within industry recognized frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of the frameworks and best practices of the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Must have hands on experience with design and build of complete cloud-based solutions, consisting of at least two of following components: compute, network (cloud native and/or hybrid connectivity), storage - based on AWS services like EC2, ECS/EKS, ELB, RDS/DynamoDB, Route53 and S3
• Knowledge of the following topics would consider a plus such as, Infrastructure Automation (IaC languages and tools), Containers (e.g., Docker, K8s), Logging and Monitoring Infrastructure (e.g., Linux and Windows-based systems administration in Cloud), compliance and risk management requirements (e.g., GRC, GDPR), Coding/scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar)
• Knowledge of the following topics would consider a plus such as, Infrastructure Automation (IaC languages and tools), Containers (e.g., Docker, K8s), Logging and Monitoring Infrastructure (e.g., Linux and Windows-based systems administration in Cloud), compliance and risk management requirements (e.g., GRC, GDPR), Coding/scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar), FinOps and DevSecOps
• Must have an AWS certification as Solutions Architecture Professional (SAP-C01) and/or DevOps Engineer Professional (DOP-C01) or equivalent knowledge
• Any other AWS Associate or Speciality certification or equivalent knowledge are considered a plus
• Proficiency in English (C1) is required, and German/French are considered as a plus

• Excellent communication, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills, good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to executive levels, non-technical staff and end users in both business and IT terms
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with keen attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Willingness to travel and split time between working on site at customer locations and Infosys offices. The team will service customers across the EMEA region
