Working Hours
We're currently looking for team members that are able to overlap hours with our office on the East Coast (click the link to view our current time from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Asia (Philippines / Indonesia) This position requires a minimum 4-hour overlap from 8:00 AM EST - 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. The other 4 hours per day can be worked anytime. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks. Africa / Europe (Ghana, UK, Ireland, Kenya, etc) This position requires overlapping hours from 6:00 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks.
- This excludes South Africa. South Africa has additional hours options.
North America & South America This position requires overlapping hours from 8:00 AM EST - 4:30 PM EST Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks. Who We're Looking For
- Responsibilities
- You will function as an important member of the team by supporting UX and CRO strategies
- Access site analytics platforms to build reports and deliver insights and opportunities based on independent data analysis
- Provide strategic, audience-centric recommendations for improving website performance that considers channel and client goals
- Optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
- Support strategy, execution, and measurement of A/B tests
- Create and run CRO experiments and focus groups to gather user insights
- Collaborate with our teams as the main cross-channel contact: own communications, manage workflows and provide status updates
- This role requires a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to identify website optimization opportunities and the ability to develop and execute strategy to turn those ideas into an optimization and testing plan
What You'll Do
- Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of conversion optimization experience
- Understanding of CRO best practices from latest testing strategies to new technologies
- Experience with CRO and A/B testing tools (ex: Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, and Userlytics)
- Experience thinking analytically and making data-driven decisions
- Experience finding solutions for complicated problems (tinker mindset)
- Understanding of paid marketing channels including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Email, SEO, etc
- Goal oriented and long term thinker
- Experience working on high traffic websites (Over 500K monthly views)
