Your missionsJOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Remote System Administrator to join one of their large government clients in Pennsylvania. The client is in the process of onboarding a new data system platform that will be used for research and analytics. This individual will be responsible for managing the cloud infrastructure and services that support a large data system. He/she will help to manage the new system's infrastructure and application environments that are deployed by the team. This position is fully remote but will be working on east coast hours.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience providing technical support for AWS cloud-based systems and applications
Experience setting up and configuring new AWS cloud-based environments
Experience managing large scale high transaction data storage, integration services, and analytics environments
Understanding of compliance with security and regulatory standards
Proficiency in programming and scripting with Python, Bash and CDK
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science and/or relevant working experience
DESIRED SKILLS
RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator)
LPIC -1 (Linux Professional Institute Certification Level 1)
LPIC-2 (Linux Professional Institute Certification Level 2)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
