We're looking for a Consents Coordinator to join our HS2 project in Doxey, Staffordshire. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more

Responsibilities

Kier Integrated Services have been awarded the Early Civil Works for Phase 2a of the new HS2 rail link, this being the section between Birmingham and Crewe

  • Monitor the Consents Register, ensuring that consents are identified and progress is updated in accordance with the programme of works.
  • Support the Team Lead in ensuring works are planned and carried out in accordance with any relevant Undertakings and Assurances, and assist in the compilation and submission of evidence
  • Attend site meetings, progress meetings and other meetings where required
  • Assist across the project to provide a clear vision of what activities are in planning stages, planned and live.
  • Liaise with the Project team for the assessment of the impact of design and construction activities

What do we need from you?

  • Ability to maintain and build relationships

  • Good IT skills, i.e., MS word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams etc.

  • The ability to work in a high volume, fluid work environment.

  • Strong presenting skills
