Your missionsJOB DESCRIPTION
Our customer is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to work remotely. This person will be the liaison between the business and the development teams and should be able to communicate effectively on both ends. This resource will respond to tickets that come in from the business and work the ticket through completion when they have created the technical specs for the development team(s).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Background in the healthcare or insurance industry (or understanding of how a claim flows through the claims process from beginning to end)
- Strong analytical thinking skills and willingness to learn
- Experience pulling data from sources, preferably using SQL
- Ability to create process flows using tools like Microsoft Visio
- Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA
