Your missionsJOB DESCRIPTION
A large credit company is seeking a remote Principal DevOps Engineer to join their Cloud Architecture team. The Principal DevOps Engineer is a hands-on role involving daily work with Terraform. This person will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing framework solutions in an AWS environment. They will architect and drive platform enhancements, troubleshoot particular deployments, and support other teams such as engineering, SRE, scrum, and architecture. 100% remote. CST time zone preferred.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience in a systems engineering role with
5+ years of experience supporting DevOps concepts in the cloud, specifically AWS cloud experience
Expertise experience with Terraform, specifically able to write Terraform modules from scratch (not only editing), deploying S3 buckets, and write Terraform modules that can deploy out an S3 bucket
In-depth understanding of code and scripting languages, preferably Python (need to know Bash at the minimum)
Experience administering Kubernete clusters
DESIRED SKILLS
Experience with GoLang
Experience with Python
