Your missions
We are looking to hire a Relationship Manager for an IT Recruitment Industry with the flexibility to work from home/office.
Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer/candidate issues
- Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
- Create strategies and work with clients to boost brand
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image
Qualification:
- 2+ years overall experience, preferably in technology domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- A background in customer service or sales is a plus
- Ability to work well with others
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
- Attentive to detail and organised
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
