Job description
The Contingent Plan is actively recruiting experienced Workday analysts for a client based in New Jersey. This is a completely remote role, but the candidate must be able to work eastern time zone hours. Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. The role is an immediate need and the client will move quickly with the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
Participates in the maintenance of Workday issues, changes, and fixes
Supports Workday by researching and resolving issues, testing solutions, and communicating resolution to internal customers
Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots errors utilizing resources such as Workday Community to drive resolutions and identify root cause
Creates and updates documentation and training/quick reference guides for manual system adjustments and modifications
Performs data uploads into Workday as needed (EIB)
Serves as the SME and point of contact for Workday.
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Workday certification preferred, but not required
5+ years of HRIS configuration and support
Proven ability to collaborate with other business units
Work authorization or citizenship as sponsorship is not available
