What You Will Be Doing

You'll have the opportunity to work on all parts of the system, including the front end, back end, and production engineering. All engineers should be competent in both React and Node in order to lead full-stack projects, but working on production engineering is optional.
Additionally, we have significant non-trivial integrations with LLMs (not simple RAG chatbots), which create very interesting technical challenges.
All technical employees write significant amounts of code regardless of their level of seniority (including the CTO).

Engineers will be expected to write production-quality code, collaborate with other organizations, host project meetings (as needed), and participate in regularly scheduled one-on-ones and team meetings.
