HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Manage a team of application developers and system administrators, responsible for enhancing or supporting a wide variety of products. This includes but not limited to: Workday, ServiceNow, Icertis, DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, Formstack, Quantum Workplace, ePrescribe & Change Healthcare.
Monitor performance of enterprise applications.
Collaborate with the Product/PMO team to create and maintain a framework for new technology requests
Create and maintain an application library/configuration management database
Leverage existing tools to further enhance our procurement process and application license tracking
Identify and correct tech debt to align with best practice architecture
Continuously analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop creative solutions for IT needs.
Ensure service operations meet and/or exceed stated Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements.
Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers and contractors to ensure quality and cost control requirements are achieved.
Leads, guides, grows and develops a team of IT professionals in technical proficiency and in service delivery effectiveness.
