HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Manage a team of application developers and system administrators, responsible for enhancing or supporting a wide variety of products.  This includes but not limited to: Workday, ServiceNow, Icertis, DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, Formstack, Quantum Workplace, ePrescribe & Change Healthcare.

  • Monitor performance of enterprise applications.

  • Collaborate with the Product/PMO team to create and maintain a framework for new technology requests

  • Create and maintain an application library/configuration management database

  • Leverage existing tools to further enhance our procurement process and application license tracking

  • Identify and correct tech debt to align with best practice architecture

  • Continuously analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop creative solutions for IT needs.

  • Ensure service operations meet and/or exceed stated Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements.

  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers and contractors to ensure quality and cost control requirements are achieved.

  • Leads, guides, grows and develops a team of IT professionals in technical proficiency and in service delivery effectiveness.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Information, Business Administration or a related field OR additional experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis required
  • A minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in the IT industry required
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in resource management required
  • IT certification preferred
