About the CRM Team
CRM at SeedLegals is at the heart of building meaningful, long lasting relationships with our customers. We manage SeedLegals CRM system and associated systems, providing stakeholders with data and tools to support commercial activity.
We work closely with Data, Marketing, Product and Tech teams to support:
- multi-channel campaigns that drive customer growth and satisfaction
- customer journeys and identify opportunities to optimize experiences
- automated lifecycle communications (customer satisfaction, onboarding, retention etc.)

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of CRM, the CRM Operations Specialist will be responsible for helping to drive customer acquisition, retention and customer services, through the Hubspot CRM system.
Working alongside the wider Revenue Operations team, and internal stakeholders, this role will be pivotal in demonstrating the value of putting customer data at the heart of the organisation as the business continues its rapid expansion in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of CRM and stakeholders to implement requirements from the wider teams and supporting them with building appropriate solutions in Hubspot
- Help manage Sales, CX, Account Management and Legal automations through HubSpot
- Map & own the customer journeys and buying cycles within HubSpot, creating campaigns and workflows that support them from contact acquisition to retention
- Manage Hubspot reporting for Sales, CX, Account Management and Legal activity
- Work closely with the Data team to ensure data integrity and create key insights
- Work closely with the Engineering team to manage data cleanliness
- Management and segmentation of customer databases to identify and target specific campaigns.
- Monitor churn of new acquisitions and renewals, and alert stakeholders to opportunities and threats
- Contribute to Hubspot data integrity and cost management
Requirements
- CRM technical skills (Hubspot, SQL)
- Computer literacy in spreadsheets
- Experience with managing Hubspot CRM platform
- Strong analytical skills required
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Interested in and enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, the startup ecosystem and the world of small businesses
