We’re seeking a visionary Director of Coach Certification to support our Faculty in managing existing program offerings and co-creating new transformational programs. This role will play a pivotal part in evolving our certification experience and ensuring alignment with BTI’s mission, values, and future vision.
Role Overview
This role oversees the full lifecycle of our transformational programs with a focus on our Coach Certification program. Under the direction of our Faculty, they will serve as a program architect producing blueprints for new programs that achieve success for our clients and coaches. This blueprinting includes program strategy, curriculum design, and community leadership—all while ensuring a consistently high-impact, heart-centered experience for clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Vision & Innovation
- Co-create new offerings aligned with BTI’s Mission for 2025 and long term vision for 2031.
- Oversee existing program portfolio and optimize for effectiveness and profitability
- Drive innovation to ensure BTI remains the industry leader in transformational training and coaching.
2. Certification Program Leadership
- Oversee the entire certification journey—from enrollment to graduation.
- Streamline and optimize certification processes for efficiency and client success.
- Ensure content reflects best practices in transformational education and coaching.
3. Post-Certification Advancement
- Lead development and evolution of post-certification programs (e.g., Accelerator, Elevate) to equip coaches with tools, mentorship, and support to grow thriving businesses.
- Regularly gather feedback and implement improvements based on client input.
- Develop metrics to track coach progression across mastery stages.
4. Curriculum & Experience Design
- Oversee evolution of the Online Training Center and live (virtual/in-person) events.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape strategic training content for key events.
- Lead curriculum design for certification and skills development initiatives.
- Effectively collaborate with the Directors of Content Production and Client Experience to create comprehensive program plans
- Innovate ideas for new events, webinars, and more that serve the evolving needs and skills for our clients to generate and maintain successful coaching businesses.
5. Community Leadership & Quality Oversight
- Provide strategic input to marketing and social teams for community engagement.
- Collaborate with social teams to establish systems to track engagement and maintain quality standards.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate across departments to optimize the client / coach journey—from prospect to leader.
- Partner cross-functionally to maintain consistency across all program touchpoints.
- Ensure Ascension Pathways are integrated into each stage of the client experience.
7. Sales, Marketing & Financial Oversight
- Provide market research related to program offerings, client satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Work with Marketing to develop messaging & campaigns to support lead generation and enrollment.
- Support Sales with clear program positioning and impact narratives.
- Partner with Finance to monitor profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in transformational coaching, program leadership, and/or certification design.
- Proven success leading and scaling high-impact coaching or training programs.
- Deep understanding of transformational methodologies, Agile practices, and learning experience design.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and event execution skills.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and alignment with BTI’s mission and values.
