KITCHEN DESIGN COORDINATOR (Remote)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Kitchen Design Coordinator to oversee kitchen design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage client communications, coordinate with design and drafting teams, and ensure all deliverables meet project specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the internal design team.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review design plans and layouts to ensure accuracy and client requirements are met.
• Collaborate with drafters, detailers, and project managers.
• Manage changes or revisions and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain updated records of design iterations, materials, and client feedback.
• Assist in sourcing materials, fixtures, and appliances if required.
• Schedule and lead virtual design review meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in a project coordination within the kitchen design, interior design, construction, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry, appliances, finishes, and kitchen workflows.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and elevations.
• Proficient in design and collaboration tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
