Job description

Ignite Visibility is award-winning national to local digital marketing agency with offices in San Diego, CA, Orlando, FL, and a fully remote team.  We are looking for a highly skilled full-time Sr. Paid Search Campaign Manager with expertise in national to local franchise paid search to join our fast-growing and fully remote team. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with both demonstrated B2B and B2C lead gen search for franchise and SMBs to apply and grow their national to local skills paid media campaigns while working with a talented team, advanced processes, and high-level clients. 


The Sr. Paid Search Manager will be responsible for leading franchise B2b lead generation and B2C client's media strategy, execute said strategy, monitoring performance, and reporting to clients. The Sr. Paid Seach Manager will also be expected be client-facing for high-value client initiatives and strategic relationship management. This role is remote within the 50 United States only. You must live in the U.S. to apply. 


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paid media, Google ads, work experience with an emphasis in paid search
  • 3+ year experience with paid social ads, Meta ads
  • 5+ year local search experience
  • 4+ year B2B lead gen experience
  • Experience in offline conversion set ups
  • Strong executive communication skill, C suite corporate communication experience
  • Experienced in value-based bidding for B2B lead gen with enterprise budgets and account-based marketing
  • Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets from $500k+ a month, more preferably
  • High level paid media strategy and hands-on executive experience required
  • Presentation Skills - Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings, gains positive attention, changes tactics that aren't working
  • Customer Focus - Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations to customers, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers
  • Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard, full of energy for new challenges, seizes opportunity
  • Creativity - Comes up with new and unique ideas, original, and always adds value to brainstorming
  • Data drive with high competency in Google Analytics, business intelligence tools (Looker Studio, or Power BI etc.), Excel / Google sheets including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Data studio or similar reporting experience with data visualization
  • Google Ads Certifications & additional certifications are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
