• Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro to streamline software asset management processes.
• Integrate SAM Pro with other systems like procurement, license management, and financial platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective SAM solutions.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth integration between ServiceNow SAM Pro and existing enterprise systems.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of software asset lifecycle workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to monitor software usage and compliance.
• Support the continuous improvement of SAM processes and capabilities.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAM Pro best practices.
• Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, policies, and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and new features relevant to SAM Pro.

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow SAM Pro and related modules.
• Strong understanding of software asset management processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, Integration Hub).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) suite.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data migration, transformation, and integration tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow SAM Pro Certified Implementation Specialist is a plus.
