Job description

Pay range- $83.94- $83.94/hr.
**Role is 100% Remote**
**5+ years of experience required for this role**
**Shift: 8:00AM EST - 5:00PM EST**
**Bachelor's Degree Required**
Duration- 05 Months

The junior OCM role will work alongside the OCM lead to support the implementation of change initiatives related to various projects underway within the CTO to ensure successful adoption within ***.
Conduct research and analysis related to the project or change initiative which can involve gathering data, conducting surveys, and analyzing the current state of the organization.
Attend relevant meetings and working sessions, i.e.: UAT, to understand the functionality or change that will be implemented.
Support with developing communication materials and documentation. This can include creating presentations, drafting emails, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, and assisting with stakeholder updates.
Assist in designing and delivering training guides and support resources for employees. This can involve creating training materials, user guides, organizing training sessions, and providing ongoing support to employees as they adapt to the change.
Evaluate the adoption of the change and provide ongoing support to employees and monitor their progress throughout the change initiative/implementation.
