Under the direction of the Director, Supply Chain Management, the primary responsibilities of the Contracts Management Coordinator are to:

Read, track, coordinate, and assist with Self Regional Healthcare’s service and maintenance contracting activities for all hospital departments and affiliates, while ensuring consistency, necessary legal compliance, and optimal financial performance to provide the best delivered value for SRH. Additionally, this position collaborates, as applicable, with other facilities regarding service and maintenance contracting activities.

Special Qualifications

Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field required with three or more years’ experience in purchasing and/or contract management, administration, and compliance. In addition, any combination of education, purchasing, and/or supply chain management or related experience in a hospital setting is considered. Proficiency in computerized management and information systems software is required to include Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point. Experience with Healthy Contracts, PMM Purchasing System, PFM Accounting Reports, APSmart, Adobe Acrobat Standard, or DocuSign is a plus. Requires excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
