Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Liaison Officer to support smooth communication and execution of projects between our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and understands the dynamics of the BPO industry.

 

This position is contingent on the award of the project 

Key Responsibilities

•    Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments
•    Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates
•    Monitor project performance and ensure deadlines are met
•    Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and communication logs
•    Schedule and facilitate meetings between stakeholders
•    Identify risks or delays and proactively recommend solutions
•    Support client onboarding and handover of deliverables

Requirements:

 

•    5+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or client services (preferably in BPO or outsourcing)
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
•    Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project)
•    Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
•    Experience working with US-based clients is a strong advantage
