We're growing our Content Moderation team that supports a leading Social Media company. Currently, we're on the lookout for a game-changer based in Ireland to join our remote team. 

Your main responsibility in this role is to ensure consistency and accuracy as you monitor legal documentation, ensuring it is in line with our client’s requirements.

What you will do in this role 

As a Content Moderator on our team, you will: 

  • Review tickets and monitor online content to ensure it is set within client guidelines 

  • Ensure all content in violation of our client’s terms of business is accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner  

Your qualifications 

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

  • Have fluent and exceptional communication, reading and writing skills in the English language  

  • Are flexible to work on rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 10 pm 

  • Have a minimum broadband speed of 10 Mbps and a private and distraction-free location to work from 

  • Are tech savvy and can easily navigate multiple web platforms/tools simultaneously 

  • Pay strong attention to detail and can meet tight deadlines and targets 

It will be a plus if you: 

  • Have previously worked in a contact centre or have previous experience in a content moderation or quality role
