✅ The Role:

As a Domain Analyst, you will work in close cooperation with Client Managers and our Team Leads of the Department to enable excellent service delivery and an enhanced customer journey.


What this job involves:

  • The Domain Analyst is responsible for delivering impactful analysis and insights for the specific domain to which the individual is aligned, in accordance with the priorities agreed in the domain’s services.
  • Analyst key role is to play in supporting networks within their domain, sharing information across teams, service lines, accounts and solutions, and using that information to further strengthen the quality of materials produced.
  • The Analyst will work closely with knowledge specialists in other domains (e.g.in another sector, service line or geography) to deliver on cross-sector /cross-service line topics and initiatives.
  • Analysts work closely with the Domain Knowledge Leader, Team Leads and other Analysts and Knowledge Managers to support the domain’s leadership and other senior stakeholders.
  • This position will support the Analyst Team Lead in ensuring the quality and delivery of research, analysis, market intelligence and other intellectual capital provided.
  • This position will be credible as a domain expert and share best practices with colleagues across domains, embrace a continuous-improvement mindset and contribute to the development of core products and services to drive excellence and consistency. They will also proactively consider opportunities to engage with other domains around issues of common interest and participate in cross-domain initiatives.
  • Working on enforcements, domain analysis, domain audits, account management and various other domain management projects.

✅ What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent skills in internet tools and the basic technology behind the tools (i.e. browser knowledge)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

✅ Education

We are looking for candidates who come from one of the following backgrounds:

  • Graduates/Postgraduates from any discipline with experience in secondary research or data analysis.
  • B.Tech graduates are welcome, with a preference for candidates with relevant experience.
  • Candidates with a background in Brand Protection, Research, or Data Analysis (minimum 1 year) are highly valued.
