Job description

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team and help drive efficiency, visibility, and scalability across our revenue organization. This role will be responsible for supporting sales, marketing, and customer success operations by optimizing reporting, analyzing key metrics, and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other go-to-market (GTM) tools. This successful candidate will also have some experience supporting a sales team with opportunity quoting, day to day questions on process and Salesforce questions. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities

    • Salesforce Reporting & Analytics: Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com to support lead tracking, sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance tracking.
    • Sales Support: Assist the Sales and Customer Success team members with opportunity quoting, day to day questions on process and Salesforce questions.
    • Data Integrity & Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM data by identifying inconsistencies and implementing data hygiene best practices.
    • Process Optimization: Support and refine sales processes, lead management, and deal workflows to improve efficiency across the revenue organization.
    • Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Assist in revenue forecasting and provide insights into sales trends, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.
    • Go To Market Team Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, performance tracking, and campaign measurement.
    • Technology & Tool Administration: Assist in the management and optimization of revenue tech stack tools
    • Ad Hoc Analysis & Reporting: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to GTM leadership to improve decision-making and revenue outcomes.


Competencies & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
  • Understanding of sales processes including pipeline management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to sales and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stacks (e.g., Marketo, Outreach, Planhat or Gainsight) is a plus.
