Are you ready to make a significant impact in e-commerce by driving results for TikTok Shop? How you will achieve success:Own P&L management, achieving GMV and profitability goals while ensuring accurate monthly reporting in partnership with Accounting and Finance.Serve as the primary POC and SME for Channels, handling KPI analysis, Weekly Business Review presentations, and maintaining cross-functional documentation.Identify and execute strategic programs to drive market share growth, collaborating internally and externally to ensure accountability and track KPIs.Enhance Channel operations by resolving challenges, creating scalable SOPs, and maintaining top Channel Performance scores while reducing costs.Develop and implement growth strategies, including assortment expansion, partnership opportunities, and long-term Joint Business Plans with Channel and leadership teams.What experiences will help you in this role:3+ years of marketplace or account management experience in an e-commerce organization.Proven track record of driving high-impact business opportunities and managing cross-functional projects.Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Adaptable to fast-paced environments, with the ability to travel within the US and China.In an effort to Make Spreetail Better, we hire people that are aligned with our values and are passionate about pursuing ecommerce excellence.
