Responsibilities:

  • Generate online leads of property owners interested in renting out their property.
  • Utilize various online platforms and strategies to identify potential leads.
  • Contact and engage with property owners to gauge their interest in renting out their properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new leads.
  • Achieve and exceed lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online lead generation, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Rate per Qualified Lead: Rs 1000
  • Rate per Lead Closure: Rs 2500
