20 hours per week; Monday to Friday; Flexible work schedule between 10:00am to 5:00pm Saint Petersburg, FL, USA time (10:00pm to 5:00am Manila time); 4hours per day

As a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in the company’s growth strategy. You’ll leverage your exceptional communication skills to connect with employees at partner companies, introducing them to life-changing financial planning services. Using the provided scripts and your natural ability to build rapport, you’ll schedule appointments for financial advisors to conduct in-depth financial plan reviews. This role offers a unique blend of challenge and reward, as your efforts directly contribute to improving people’s financial well-being. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients during peak engagement hours (10 AM to noon and 2:30 PM to 5 PM)
• Utilize provided scripts to effectively communicate the value of financial planning services
• Schedule appointments for financial advisors using Calendly
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and appointments in Excel or HubSpot CRM
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and appointment-setting goals
• Adapt to feedback and continuously improve performance
• Collaborate with the financial advisory team to understand and communicate service offerings

Requirements
• Proven track record in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a financial services context
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus) and Excel for data management
• Familiarity with online scheduling tools like Calendly
• Basic understanding of financial services industry preferred but not required
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable with a performance-based environment and meeting targets
• Flexibility to potentially increase hours or transition to full-time based on performance
• Access to a quiet, professional home office environment with reliable internet connection
