This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours per month, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM
  • Client Timezone: Japan Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination

  • Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and positive candidate experiences

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on software engineering roles
  • Proven track record of successfully placing software engineers in startups or high-growth tech companies
  • In-depth understanding of the software development industry, including current trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical candidates and company leadership effectively
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
  • Proficiency in using modern recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media for sourcing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Passion for technology and genuine interest in contributing to a growing software company’s success
  • Experience with remote hiring practices and global talent acquisition is a plus
