Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in Xero accounting software, with a track record of managing multiple client accounts
Strong bookkeeping skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively
Empathetic approach and patience when dealing with clients in financial distress
Flexibility to align with New Zealand business hours, including potential early morning starts
Experience in remote work environments and familiarity with online collaboration tools

Background in financial services or experience with businesses in financial difficulty is a plus
