We are currently searching for a Production Support-Database:

Responsibilities

Provide production support for applications utilizing MSBI (SQL, SSIS, SSRS) databases.
Analyze database job failures to identify root causes and implement technical resolutions.
Develop and implement work-around solutions to restore service during incidents.
Recommend code changes to application development teams to resolve database-related issues.
Monitor database performance and ensure system stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues.
Document production support procedures and resolutions.
Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain system availability.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in production support of applications utilizing MSBI (SQL, SSIS, SSRS) databases.
Strong expertise in SQL querying and database analysis.
Proven ability to analyze job failures and provide effective technical resolutions.
Experience in developing and implementing work-around solutions for service restoration.
Ability to recommend code changes to application teams.
Solid understanding of database performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with root cause analysis.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
