Therapy Development Specialist HF

DIVISION/DEPARTMENT - Heart Failure Division
LOCATION  -  Portugal
 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

•    Prepare and follow a detailed business & action plan by Centre to implement Marketing plan in HF Portugal and Galicia (*). 
•    Build, maintain and expand strong partnerships with target accounts. 
•    Execute individual account Marketing strategies and objectives, as identified in annual plan. 
•    Implement strategies and tactics to increase market penetration, with other TDS ensure sales goals are met and the new accounts are established. 
•    Help the Country manager as well as the rest of TDS in the development and implementation of said plans in the different areas of the Area
•    Coordinate promotion of new and existing products, with all relevant marketing activities such as product presentations and competitor information, in order to guarantee high competitive standards and maximize the visibility and image of the Division. 
•    Foster business development via consultative selling approach to KOLs. 
•    Gather market intelligence and customer related feedback and share best practices. 
•    Collaborate with ID, EMEA, South  Education and Marketing Departments staff to provide education to investigators, research staff and hospital personnel. 
•    Maintain expert knowledge and consults on technical and clinical advancements in the areas of HF with internal stakeholders. 
•    Once certified in the products, be able to attend to an implant if necessary due to the high volume of workload of the rest of TDS and in its own Area (Andalucia).

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

       School or University qualifications
•    University Degree: Health Technician, Nurse, Biomedical.

Knowledge and skills (e.g. languages, PC, …)
•    High English level
•    Spanish Knowledge
•    Medical background (preferable)
•    Commercial Skills
•    Information System knowledge (Microsoft Office)
