Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Dashboard and Process Specialist to be the product owner of interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), project statuses, and customer satisfaction metrics. This role includes proactive monitoring, predictive analytics, and effective reporting to stakeholders. You will also define and optimize project delivery processes, ensuring quality and consistency across all phases. Strong expertise in data analysis, project management tools, and collaborative platforms is essential.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Dashboard Management:
    • Be the product owner of dashboards. Visualize project statuses, performance KPIs, and customer satisfaction levels.
    • Proactively monitor KPIs in real time to identify improvement areas or deviations in project execution.
    • Present weekly/monthly reports on project status to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential risks.
    • Utilize historical data to predict trends and patterns, enhancing responsiveness to changes in client needs or project conditions.
  2. Processes and KPIs:
    • Define and document processes for project delivery, ensuring they encompass all stages from planning to final delivery.
    • Establish a framework for evaluating the quality of deliverables at each phase using specific and clear metrics.
    • Collaborate with studios to define the key artifacts required for each project phase (e.g., planning documents, progress reports, risk analyses), ensuring they are consistently updated and accessible to the teams.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two projects related to dashboard creation and management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.
  • Knowledge of collaborative platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, or similar for documentation storage and management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders across various levels.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and internal events, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications

  • Expertise in creating and maintaining KPIs that reflect team performance, adherence to deadlines, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and resource efficiency.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement, with the ability to identify and implement best practices.
  • Experience in process management, data analysis, and production of reports and dashboards.
