Job description

Our Strategic and High Potential Accounts represent the most vital customers for Sinch, contributing significantly to our revenue and providing the greatest opportunities for organic business growth through our engagement, commitment, and the quality of service offered. To enhance the Solutions Engineering team that drives innovative projects for these clients, we are hiring a Lead Solution Consultant within the Solutions Engineering group. This role, reporting to the Head of non-BAU Solutions, involves organizing and leading a team of Solutions Consultants to consistently deliver high-quality, product portfolio-driven solutions through technical interactions with our top customers and Sinch Product Management. Responsibilities include gathering customer requirements and determining the optimal practices to deliver reliable, scalable, and effective solutions. Additionally, the Lead Solutions Consultant will review internal development requirements and test solutions prior to customer launch to ensure that Sinch product deliverables function as intended and meet customer expectations. The Lead Solutions Consultant will also oversee the configuration of designed solutions utilizing the appropriate Sinch systems and software.

The Lead Solutions Consultant will play a crucial role in providing these non-BAU services in a consistent and predictable manner, employing a structured approach to work. Furthermore, the Lead Solution Consultant will mentor the Solutions Consultants and review the documentation that will ultimately be shared and approved by the customer.

In summary, this role represents both an extension and an evolution of the Solutions Consultant position, where the Lead Solutions Consultant will nurture and train new Sinchers to become independent Solutions Consultants through hands-on project involvement and coaching in a player/coach framework.
