Key responsabilities:
Serve as the primary administrator for Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring financial data accuracy and system optimization.
Partner with accounting and finance teams to redesign workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
Lead change management initiatives, including system upgrades and data migrations, while ensuring compliance.
Develop custom financial reports and dashboards to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

About The Job The Senior Business Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in the Business Operations Group by ensuring that our business systems are optimized to support all financial and business functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with Deltek Vantagepoint administration experience, a background in accounting, experience with hands-on change management, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a track record of executing project plans to enhance systems, processes, and workflows. The mission of the Business Operations Group is to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that empower our Practices and Firmwide Services teams to maximize revenue and operational efficiency through streamlined financial and operational processes.

Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below):
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. • Proven hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or Vision) is a must. • Demonstrated success in change management, project execution, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. • Advanced skills in financial reporting and analysis, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical and operational solutions. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, including billing, invoicing, and financial reporting. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with reporting tools and data visualization platforms

Proposed Salary Range:$80,000-$112,000 annually* *Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
