Job Description:
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and supervising the daily functions of the call center, collection and point of service activities for the Patient Financial Services. This position is responsible for supervising and developing effective collection activities, quality and process improvement, and creating and operating systems that enable the organization to respond to customer service inquiries. This role will also be responsible for conducting all call, quality, and productivity reviews on staff members, providing feedback on performance, and implementing recommendations for staff improvement.

Work Experience: 2 years experience in health care business office with a focus call center operations and/or self pay collections and financial counseling experience.

Education Qualifications:

Associate's degree required with a strong preference for work in experience outlined above.

If no Associate's Degree, must have 4 years of healthcare revenue services experience in lieu.
