Job Title: Remote Social Media Assistant (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,800 - 2,200 USD/month based on experience and results


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (Additional flexible hours when needed)

Job Overview:


We are a creative powerhouse that seamlessly blends copywriting talent and design skills. An A-Player in this role demonstrates both strategic thinking and hands-on execution abilities, bringing fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency. They understand the importance of storytelling in marketing and can transform complex ideas into compelling content across various platforms.


You will bring the company brands to life through compelling content and design. This person will help execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging while creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. Success in this role means growing our brand presence, increasing engagement across platforms, and creating valuable content that serves our community.


This is a long-term position with significant growth opportunities for high performers who want to develop deep social media and content marketing expertise.


Responsibilities:

Social Media Creation, Repurposing, & Scheduling (~75%):

  • Develop and maintain content calendars across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely posting schedules aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Use brand voice guidelines to create engaging social media content, including captions, images, stories, and reels for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and manage social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions while fostering meaningful community interactions daily.
  • Research and implement social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
  • Repurpose existing content to distribute on new channels (for example, extract key moments from a long-form video to share on short-form video platforms)

Content & Email Marketing (~15%):

  • Write, edit & schedule marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and blog posts that align with company messaging and SEO best practices.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Manage editorial calendars for blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing content, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.

Outreach (~10%):

  • Manage relationships with influencers by maintaining outreach databases, coordinating collaborations, and tracking partnership outcomes.
  • Pitch podcasts and journalists to secure interviews for the company founders and coordinate scheduling.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Has experience in content creation, social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
