Product Manager (remote)

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of new features in a complex, high-impact platform used by enterprise teams globally. You’ll work across design, engineering, and customer success to identify problems, shape solutions, and ship results.

Our client is a 300-person SaaS company helping enterprise organizations automate workflows and internal processes. Their platform is modular, customizable, and already used by thousands of users across multiple verticals.

Product-led growth is central to their strategy — and PMs are empowered with ownership, autonomy, and access to key stakeholders.

🎯 The Role

You’ll join a cross-functional product squad and work closely with a Designer, several Engineers, and a Tech Lead. You’ll own product discovery, prioritization, and delivery within one of the company’s core product areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer problems through research and data
• Define product vision, scope, and roadmap for your area
• Translate problems into clear specifications for the team
• Collaborate with design and engineering from concept to launch
• Track success metrics and iterate based on feedback and usage
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the cycle

Tools you'll work with:

• Linear, Notion, Slack, Amplitude, Figma, Productboard

🙋‍♂️ Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience (preferably in SaaS)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
• Data-driven, user-focused, and able to make tough prioritization calls
• Bonus: experience in B2B or enterprise platforms with complex user flows
