Hi there!

My name is AMC and I’m the Head of Zapier Agents, an experimental AI workspace, and this role will report to me. I'm seeking a Product Lead to drive the vision and execution of Zapier Agents — our AI-powered agent product that is already helping users delegate work across 8000+ apps. This is a unique opportunity to shape how intelligent Agents operate at scale, built on top of Zapier’s integration engine and real user workflows.

You’ll work across three product pods (Applications, Tools, and Links), guiding the vision, roadmap, and execution. Your focus will be on evolving a product already delivering dynamic reasoning into something even more intuitive, trustworthy, and transformative for our users.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to:

• Build intelligent Agents that take action across Zapier’s 8,000+ integrations

• Translate LLM capabilities into intuitive, agent-first product experiences

• Design UX that balances autonomy with user control and trust

• Help users delegate goals — not just trigger actions

• Define and iterate on metrics that signal agent effectiveness and adoption

• Rapidly synthesize user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement

About You

• You have experience building Agents or products that leverage LLM. You’ve shipped functionality or products that leverage LLM to real users. You are passionate about shaping the future of AI.

• You’re an experienced PM with a strong technical foundation. You bring multiple years of PM and/or Founder experience with a proven track record in building digital products from ideation to launch. You are adept at balancing strategic decision-making with technical complexities.

• You’re self-directed and collaborative. You excel in prioritization, roadmap planning, and leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch. You’re transparent with your stakeholders and skilled at overcoming roadblocks to continue delivering value. 

• You’re bold, pragmatic, and obsessed with results. You set big goals and you back them up with diligence on why they matter and how we’ll achieve them. You are committed to delivering measurable business outcomes.

• You are a skilled communicator. Zapier is a 100% remote team and relies heavily on asynchronous communication. You excel at selecting the right tools and communication styles whether you’re articulating your team’s vision, roadmap, and progress, or building momentum across the company.

• You are available for team meetings between 10am - 3pm ET. While we often communicate asynchronously, product teams have 5 overlapping business hours for team meetings and effective collaboration.  

What You’ll Do

• Lead Product Vision and Strategy: Define the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Zapier Agents, aligning it with broader company goals.

• Own Strategic Execution and Product Lifecycle: Work backward from that strategy to identify and deliver a product that will allow us to achieve it. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working with cross-functional teams.

• Deeply Understand Your Users: Be the internal expert on your users and their needs, so you can reflect those needs in your prioritization decisions & serve as an effective champion.

• Data-informed Decision Making: Leverage appropriate success metrics and data to continually evolve your strategy & roadmap, and deliver value.

• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration to Deliver on Goals: Partner with your Engineering and Design counterparts to form clear solutions to problems, align goals, and deliver on goals. Collaborate with Marketing, Support, and Sales to market user-facing enhancements. This high-visibility role requires the ability to blend deep technical leadership with a strong understanding of customer needs. You'll shape core platform decisions that enable our entire customer base to trust Zapier with their mission-critical workflows.
