Hello, Program Coordinator!
Freeosk is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Consumer Experience team. This brand new role will work closely with and report to the Director, Digital Operations, assisting with the successful execution of our products and solutions. The Program Coordinator will guide the production and delivery of a wide range of creative, marketing and digital projects, activating CX teams (internal, freelance and partners) to deliver a variety of cross-channel solutions.
Working collaboratively with the Client Success/Sales/Marketing Managers, and Creative team leadership, you’ll define the scope, timing and needs for projects that come through to the CX team, maintain status documents and drive projects to completion.
The best candidate is an expert at delivering creative, marketing and digital projects on-time/on-budget, forecasting upcoming needs and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
We work in a distributed environment. Our office is in Chicago, but you can be located within the continental United States. Travel will be required to our Chicago office from time to time.
