Our Location:
This position is remote, home office based in specifically approved states of employment. Approved States: Arizona, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington state. Applicants will need to attest to meeting technical requirements for remote work functionality.
Job Vision:
- You are the Rev Ops Coordinator providing support to the Omni and Corporate Divisions as part of the Rev Ops Team to achieve targeted Key Results.
- You will play a key role in reporting, implementing sales processes and expense controls for assigned clients.
- You will navigate E-commerce portals and become expert in the processes needed to support the objective of Acceleration of Sustainable Profitable E-commerce Revenue Growth.
- You will be required to communicate with transparency, honesty, and clarity to ensure alignment and build on the collaborative culture that exists at Cutter & Buck.
- You will competently maintain Process Documentation and implement process improvements to automation proactively in owned processes.
Job Summary and Essential Functions:
- Responsible for administrative functions of Integrated E-commerce activities; including Submitting pricing disputes as needed, Submitting price claims to Customer Service for credit memos issued, Auditing for other sellers of Cutter & Buck /Clique product, Responding to Consumer questions and order issues, Document and improve processes for efficient administration.
- Assist the Rev Ops Senior Manager with Price Discrepancy reporting and resolving issues as they occur.
- Work closely on a daily basis with the Rev Ops Senior Manager on all ad-hoc projects and processes as directed.
- Support Integrated E-commerce Commercialization projects as directed.
- Regular auditing of E-commerce sites to ensure the best consumer experience; including Checking pricing accuracy, Updating and adding product images, Seeking marketing opportunities.
- Provide support to the Vice President of Sales and the Rev Ops Senior Manager in the administration of Sales organization.
- Compile all Marketplace Metrics and present to the Rev Ops Senior Manager and VP of Sales on a bi-weekly basis.

- Proficient experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

- Be able to pivot and reprioritize tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms such as Mirakl, NuOrder, DSCO/Rithum, ESP, Distributor Central.

Education and Experience:
- 4-year college degree or the equivalent.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in sales organization with reputations for demanding high-level results.

- Remote home office must be secure and have ability to isolate for critical meetings. Accessibility during day shift Pacific Time Zone hours is essential to the success of this position.
- May require overtime during seasonal periods as appropriate.
