Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a strong eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and strategic vision. This role is critical in providing high-level administrative and operational support to refine our organizational goals, improve governance, and ensure efficient execution of tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in introducing policies, streamlining processes, and supporting the leadership team in driving sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership.

  • Assist in refining organizational vision, strategic planning, and goal setting.

  • Develop and implement governance policies, including election and retirement procedures for committee members, disciplinary actions, and meeting protocols.

  • Evaluate the current team structure, recommend necessary role expansions, and ensure accountability within the organization.

  • Oversee task management by organizing, updating, and enforcing adherence to work responsibilities.

  • Identify and coordinate training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.

  • Support financial sustainability initiatives by introducing strategies for long-term viability.

  • Act as a liaison between leadership, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth communication and execution of initiatives.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or in a similar leadership support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures effectively.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to introduce and manage change.
  • Proficiency in task management tools and software.
  • Experience in governance, team development, and financial sustainability strategies is a plus.
