Job description

Manage inbox and respond to tenant/landlord queries where possible
Flag complex emails for escalation to the business owner
Monitor AR reports in Property Tree and follow up with tenants in arrears
Record all communications and follow-ups in the system
Book routine inspections and follow up on compliance-related appointments
Assist with lease renewals and rent increase documentation
General backend admin support to streamline operations
