JOB SUMMARY
The Case Management Assistant is responsible for providing support services to the professional department staff. This includes the Director, manager, social workers and case managers. The focus will be to assist in various technical areas such as clerical support, maintaining record keeping systems, data entry, tracking, trending, report writing and follow up. Providing information and assistance on Power of Attorney for Health Care forms and researching community resource options. Guidance and direction are provided by department staff with supervision provided by the managerial staff.
Position is remote in Wisconsin.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: None
Preferred/Optional: One year in a health care setting. Proficient in Work, Outlook and Excel.
