We are seeking an experienced and motivated QA Leader to manage a team of QA engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing both manual and automated testing efforts, developing comprehensive test plans, and ensuring that quality assurance processes are aligned with our project goals. While your primary focus will be on one major project, you will also provide QA expertise and support across multiple teams - including mobile and web app development - by deploying additional resources as needed. 

Job Description

Your mission: 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team. 
  • Participate in shaping and implementing QA strategy.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring team members are integrated within various project teams as needed. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 
  • Develop, document, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. 
  • Oversee the execution of regression, functional, and system integration tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage. 
  • Act as the primary QA liaison between project teams, providing support to teams (e.g., mobile app, APIs, WEB app dev teams) that require additional QA resources during critical releases. 
  • Collaborate closely with development, product management, and project teams to understand requirements, identify risks, and ensure quality deliverables. 
  • Continuously assess and refine QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Introduce new tools, methodologies, and practices to improve testing capabilities and overall product quality. 
  • Provide regular status updates and detailed QA metrics to senior management. 
  • Analyze test results to identify trends and drive process improvements. 

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a leadership or team management role. 
  • Proven track record in quality assurance with significant experience in both manual and automated testing environments. 
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders about technical things.
  • Very good command of English (B2+).
