That’s where you come in:
We’re looking for someone scrappy, creative, and genuinely excited to build things from scratch — to take full ownership of our outbound motion and get more of the right people in the room with us. You don’t need to close deals (founds have got that for now). Your task is to fill our calendar with quality convos.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Own Nova’s top-of-funnel: identify, research, and qualify new prospects
Build and maintain highly targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, etc.
Launch and optimise outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Loom, Linkedin DMs, etc)
Write and test messaging that resonates with ICP
Work closely with the founders to define and iterate on ICP
Track outreach performance and continuously improve conversion
Create and iterate on early GTM playbooks and outbound processes
Be the reason our calendar stays full of high-quality discovery calls
Experiment, build, and move fast — we’re a startup, after all :D
✅ What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in a B2B outbound / SDR / GTM role
Experience generating pipeline through cold outbound (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
You’ve experienced working in startups have built an outbound strategy that has driven great results
Strong writing skills and intuition for what makes a message land
Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation
Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity
Bonus: familiarity with the HRTech / recruiting space
Bonus: experience with outbound tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, Lavender, etc

Closing deals (we’ll handle demos + closes)
Following rigid scripts — we want you to test, learn, and evolve
Working in a traditional sales org — this is early-stage, founder-led, and hands-on
