About the Role: Remote Mental Health Therapist

We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision and support to mental health clinicians delivering teletherapy services to students across North Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding and mentoring clinicians, ensuring high-quality care, and collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to support student success.

We are currently working with the following license types: LCMHC Only. Must be a qualified NC Supervisor. 

We have opportunities to supervisor associate clinicians! 

We'd love to talk to you about our supervision program if you have experience supervising associate clinicians seeking their hours for full licensure. 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision to Associate Therapists delivering teletherapy within our school district partnerships.
  • Support Associate Therapists in building trusted relationships with students and their families.
  • Offer guidance and consultation to Associate Therapists on psychoeducation and parent/caregiver engagement.
  • Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training to enhance clinical effectiveness (as needed, not required).
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs.
