Join Our Team

At Cosy Hauz A Ltd., we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs from inception through to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Your primary duties will include analyzing project budgets, preparing accurate quantity estimates, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining productive relationships with clients and site managers. This position requires a methodical approach to your work and excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be the liaison between various stakeholders.

As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality construction services while ensuring financial efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review construction plans and prepare detailed quantity requirements
  • Analyze costs related to materials, labor, and maintenance for cost optimization
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors
  • Collaborate with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance project outcomes
  • Track and order materials to maintain project flow
  • Document design changes and corresponding budget updates
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and project management
  • Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using Estimating Software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of building regulations and codes is an advantage
