The People Technology Product Manager will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our People Technology platforms and systems. This position involves analyzing current HRIS / LMS / HCM processes, configuring system features to meet business needs, and ensuring the seamless integration of HR data across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with People Technology Systems and a strong understanding of system administration, product strategy, and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
· System Administration: Manage the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the People Technology platforms (Docebo; iTrent; Paylocity; Zoho; TeamTailor), including but not limited to core HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and talent management modules.
· Process Optimization: Analyze current HR processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
· Project Management: Lead People Technology-related projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process re-engineering efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
· Product Strategy & Development: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and vision for platform/system, including identifying long-term goal, planning functionality and alignment with broader organizational objectives.
· User Support & Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for People Technology-related inquiries, providing ongoing support and training to HR staff and other system users to ensure they effectively utilize the platforms/systems.
· Integration Partnership: Partner with relevant Technology counterparts to ensure the integration of platforms with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity between applications.
· Compliance & Security: Ensure that platform/system configurations and processes adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and implement security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
· Industry Trends: Maintain a strong understanding of people technologies, standards, and integration capabilities, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the e-learning space.
· Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with various stakeholders, including executives, department heads, end-users, and potentially external partners or vendors through effective communication, expectation management, and aligning diverse interests.
· User Experience: Ensure a positive user experience by working improving the interface, navigation, and overall usability of People Technology platforms and systems.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in HRIS / HCM / LMS configuration
o Strong understanding of HR operations and related software integrations.
· Strategic Skills
o Proven experience of strategic product development
o Creation of product roadmap, including functionality enhancements and deployment
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
· Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful project delivery.
