Role Description:

We are is seeking an experienced Business Analyst 5 to support its IT - DTMB - Agency Services - MCSC team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Infor Global HR, Payroll, and Lawson implementations and upgrades. This is a fully remote role; however, the contractor may be required to travel for in-person meetings at the discretion of the State of Michigan.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs, aligning systems with business strategies.

Conduct business process reengineering and identify new technology applications to improve efficiency.
Develop functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehouse work.
Assist with business intelligence support, enhancements, and deployment of end-user reporting tools.
Document and provide knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team.
Work closely with IT and business teams to understand data warehousing and reporting requirements.
Develop RFPs and provide financial analyses such as cost/benefit and ROI assessments.

Required Skills & Experience:

16+ years of experience in the field.
Multiple Infor Global HR/BN/LP/Payroll implementations experience.
Infor Version 11 application upgrade experience.
15+ years working with Lawson Versions 8, 9, 10 for HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence/Leave, and Personnel modules.
3+ years of CloudSuite experience, specifically GHR and Payroll implementation.
15+ years experience with BSI-Tax Factory.

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
