Role Description: 

We are is seeking an experienced Business Analyst 5 to support its IT - DTMB - Agency Services - MCSC team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Infor Global HR, Payroll, and Lawson implementations and upgrades. This is a fully remote role; however, the contractor may be required to travel for in-person meetings at the discretion of the State of Michigan.

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

  •  Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs, aligning systems with business strategies.
  • Conduct business process reengineering and identify new technology applications to improve efficiency.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehouse work.
  • Assist with business intelligence support, enhancements, and deployment of end-user reporting tools.
  • Document and provide knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to understand data warehousing and reporting requirements.
  • Develop RFPs and provide financial analyses such as cost/benefit and ROI assessments.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 16+ years of experience in the field.
  • Multiple Infor Global HR/BN/LP/Payroll implementations experience.
  • Infor Version 11 application upgrade experience.
  • 15+ years working with Lawson Versions 8, 9, 10 for HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence/Leave, and Personnel modules.
  • 3+ years of CloudSuite experience, specifically GHR and Payroll implementation.
  • 15+ years experience with BSI-Tax Factory.

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

  •  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
