Seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager for our Semiconductor Test Division.


Key responsibilities include:


•Responsible for directing a team of 2-6.
•Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales, application and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, win all major strategic design-ins, increase our market share and margins and improve the productivity and cost efficiency across the customer team.
•Develop, inspire, and lead a world-class team of successful sales professionals, and provide overall direction to the Team.
•Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors.
•Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering roadmaps and differentiation.


Qualifications, skills and experience:


•10+ years of experience selling semiconductor equipment or working in related industry(s).
•Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.
•Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.
•Experience in creating and leading a team to proactively manage customer relationships.
•Exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire the team while creating a highly empowered organization.
•Willingness to travel as needed.


Education:


•Bachelors degree ideally in an engineering field desired or equivalent experience of 4 + years.
•MBA a plus
