Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting entry-level position for an Italian Speaking Roadside Assistance Coordinator in Greece with free relocation!

This position is perfect for enthusiastic individuals fluent in Italian who are looking to start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment while enjoying the beauty of Greece.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients facing vehicle emergencies. Your excellent customer service skills and proactive approach will be essential in providing timely assistance and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing roadside assistance requests for Italian-speaking clients across Greece.
  • Evaluate incoming service requests and coordinate the dispatch of assistance as needed.
  • Keep clients informed and reassured during their emergencies with clear and empathetic communication.
  • Collaborate with local service providers to ensure effective assistance delivery.
  • Document service requests and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
  • Engage in training and skill development to enhance service quality and personal growth.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Eagerness to embrace the opportunity to relocate to Greece and experience its culture.
