Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support and lead client Consulting engagements
• Drive excellent technical implementation
• Completing assigned tasks promptly with autonomy, communicating progress effectively
• Attending all meetings and documenting outcomes
• Understanding and adhering to project timelines
• Voicing delivery risks and providing solutions
• Create key documentation adhering to Praecipio standards
• Partner with other teammates and teams to ensure a high quality deliverable
• Foster teamwork through excellent communication and collaboration
• Document and share deliverables to client and internal stakeholders

Requirements for Success

Solution Architecture & Enterprise Integration

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise solutions using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Align, etc.), Planview, and other enterprise portfolio management software.
• Lead the integration of Atlassian tools with other enterprise platforms such as Planview, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure DevOps, SAP, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Design and implement SaaS solutions that optimize business processes, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Engage business and technical teams to define workflows, drive efficiency, and ensure successful SaaS adoption through process standardization, governance, and user enablement.
• General operating system, network, and database knowledge.
• Deep understanding of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, OR ITSM frameworks.
• Proficient in best practices related to Atlassian Cloud systems and SaaS systems
  

Consulting Experience

• Active Listening is essential, including the ability to understand client needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions using Atlassian tools. 
• This involves verbal and written effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adaptability and customer orientation during times of change to drive adaptation of various solutions.
• Seek opportunities to uncover new business by working closely with business leaders, product owners, and development teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership

• Ability to lead and influence others with various levels of experience
• Ability to lead projects to Praecipio standards
• Knowledge sharing with team members and guiding consultants through assigned tasks
• Provide expertise in community of practice

Basic Qualifications 

• Minimum 7 years of design architecture in software products and tools
• Experience in the last 2 years with Atlassian, Jira (JWS, JSM, JWM, JPD)
• Minimum 5 year of customer facing consulting experience with an Atlassian product(s)
• Minimum of three years of project and service management methodologies, practices and frameworks including but not limited to Service Management, ITIL, ITSM, and associated methodologies
• Open to travel up to 25% per quarter to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Atlassian Certified Individual (any two Atlassian Certs)
• Certification in ITIL® 4 Foundation - IT Service Management OR SAFe Certifications
• Enterprise experience with Planview, Apptio or similar enterprise portfolio management tools

Salary

$80,000-$170,000 base dependent on location and experience
